Just 5 minutes off Junction 41 of the M4 mortoway is Tree Tops, a Victorian house built in the mid 1800's, which we converted into a guest house 23 years ago. Conveniently situated on the A474 at Briton Ferry we are in the Swansea Bay area, at the gateway to South West Wales. The beautiful Gower Peninsular, the stunning scenery of the Brecon Beacons the National Botanical Gardens of Wales and Afan Forest Park world renound for mountain  biking are just a few of the many attractions within a 20 minute drive

From Briton Ferry you can discover an abundance of historic monuments and castles, relive its industrial heritage, which makes this such a popular area. If its sand and sea you are looking for, Swansea Bay, Mumbles and the Gower Peninsular offer a huge choice of unspoilt beautiful beaches, many with blue flag status.

For the more energetic or sports minded, the area abounds with a variety of locations to satisfy their needs. The area is renowned for for its mountain bike facilities especially Afan Forest Park with specially designed mountain bike trails, for off road cycling the Celtic Trail part on the national cycle way passes close to the guest house. You can canoe, sail, pothole, pony trek, absail or walk, just some of the many activities you can participate in within the area.

The decor in each room has been individually designed and is furnished to a high standard, but still maintains its Victorian charm and family atmosphere All bedrooms are en suite and offer spacious accommodation with colour TV, radio/alarm, tea/coffee facilities and hairdryer. There is a comfortable sitting room where guests may sit and relax, read or watch TV. We have a beautiful garden where guests can sit and contemplate in peace and tranquillity. Private parking for up to 8 cars is also available.
